SHIPPING INFORMATION

Astara Skin Care ships via FedEX.  Direct signature is required on all deliveries.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (except holidays).  Below are your shipping options.

Standard Shipping - FedEX Ground
We generally ship between 1-3 days.  Orders are received usually between 5-7 working days.

2nd Day FedEX
2nd day orders placed before 12 noon Mountain Time will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.  If order comes in after noon Mountain Time then the order will be processed and shipped the next business day (excluding holidays, Saturday and Sunday).  (We do not ship backorders, if you want the ordered to be shipped 2nd Day we will fill the order with available products) – Free shipping not available.

3 Day Select FedEX
3 Day Select orders placed before 12 noon Mountain Time will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.  If order comes in after noon Mountain Time then the order will be processed and shipped the next business day (excluding holidays, Saturday and Sunday).  (We do not ship backorders, if you want the ordered to be shipped 3 Day Select we will fill the order with available products) – Free shipping not available.

Overnight Shipping FedEX
Overnight orders placed before 12 noon Mountain Time will be processed and shipped the same day depending on product availability.  If order comes in after noon Mountain Time then the order will be processed and shipped the next business day (excluding holidays, Saturday and Sunday).  (We do not ship backorders, if you want the ordered to be shipped 2nd Day we will fill the order with available products) – Free shipping not available

APO/FPO & PO BOXES
Orders for APO/FPO and PO Boxes will be shipped only by USPS  1st class mail and are not eligible for expedited shipping.   

ALASKA / HAWAII / us territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands)
Shipped by USPS  1st class mail.

Canada
Shipped by USPS 1st class mail if 5# or less.  Over 5# office will contact you regarding shipping charges. Brokerage fees and taxes are not included. Free shipping not available.

International
Please call for information.

REFUSING ORDER
Should an order be refused you will be charged for the shipping.  If the shipping was free the appropriate shipping will be billed to your credit card.
